Pricing
One setup fee. One monthly fee.
No per-customer charges, no per-scan charges, no percentage of your sales. You pay to have it built once, then you pay to have it run. Everything below is in Canadian dollars. HST is added where applicable.
Standard Setup
Everything needed to get a working loyalty card into your customers' phones and your staff trained to use it.
- Custom pass design — your logo, colours and reward, built for both Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
- Geolocation setup — your address on the pass so it can surface on the lock screen near your door. Dependable on iPhone; on Android, Google decides when a pass surfaces, so we do not promise it there
- QR code generation — print-ready sign-up codes for your counter, window and receipts
- Reward structure designed with you, costed against your real margin
- Staff training and a laminated five-step card for the till
- Your stamp mark drawn to match your card — a coffee cup, a slice, scissors, or one of your own
- Counter page set up and tested on your staff's phones or tablet — camera scanning, member-number entry, undo. A web page, not an app
Base Management
The part that isn't software. Your program stays live, stays current, and someone reads the numbers back to you every month.
- 1 location included
- Platform subscription and upkeep — included, with nothing separate for you to buy, licence or manage
- Monthly campaign — one offer written, approved by you, and pushed to your customers' lock screens through the card itself. Send your own line any time from the owner page
- Every card is a referral code — a friend scans the front of it and joins
- Owner dashboard and monthly report — enrolments, repeat visits, redemptions, referrals, lapsed customers
- Design and reward changes reach every card already in a wallet, automatically
- A wallet business card for the owner and one manager — Apple and Google Wallet, included
- Unlimited cards issued — you are never charged per customer
- Your customer list, exportable any time, yours to keep
Three-month minimum, then month to month. No twelve-month lock-in.
Choose this planMulti-Location Add-on
For a second shop, a third, or a seasonal kiosk. Each site gets its own perimeter and its own numbers — not a shared average that tells you nothing.
- Separate geofence perimeter for each site, so the card surfaces at the right door (iPhone; not guaranteed on Android)
- Location-specific numbers — enrolments, visits and redemptions broken out per site
- One shared card your customers can use at every location
- Per-site staff training and its own QR sign-up code
- Campaigns can go to one site or all of them
Wallet passes cap how many locations one card can carry — Google documents ten. Above ten sites, talk to me — the structure changes.
Add extra locationsWhat will it cost me?
Set the number of locations you run. This is the whole bill — there is nothing else.
One location. Prices in CAD. Cancel any time after the first three months.
What sits in which line
If you only ever run one shop, the third column never applies to you.

Questions about the money
Why is there a setup fee at all?
Because the first two weeks are the real work: designing a reward that changes behaviour rather than giving away margin, building and testing the pass in both wallets, generating your codes, and training your staff so it actually gets used. I'd rather charge for that honestly once than bury it in a higher monthly fee you pay forever.
What happens after three months?
Nothing automatic. It goes month to month and you can stop with thirty days' notice. Three months is the minimum because a loyalty program genuinely cannot be judged in six weeks — you need one full cycle of enrolment, repeat visits and redemptions before the numbers mean anything.
Is the $49 add-on charged for my first location too?
No. Your first location is included in the $149. Two shops is $198 a month, three is $247, and so on. The calculator above does the arithmetic.
Do you charge per customer or per scan?
No, and this is worth checking with anyone else you talk to. Plenty of loyalty platforms price per active member, which means the fee climbs precisely when the program starts working. Yours doesn't move.
What if I have a second location that's seasonal?
Add it for the months it's open and drop it for the months it isn't. It's $49 a month, not a contract.
Is HST included?
No — every figure on this page is before HST.
See it before you pay for it.
Send me your logo and I'll build your card for free. Look at it on your own phone, then decide whether the numbers above are worth it.
